ENTERPRISE GROUP ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

"Enterprise Group has made key changes to its highest executive body as part of its strategic direction, and quest for growth and expansion within Ghana and the West African Sub-Region. In a letter sighted by the Ghana Insurance Hub, the new appointments are for the roles of Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Operations Officer, and Group Chief Finance Officer. Another appointment was for the Role of Executive Consultant for the Group's West Africa Expansion.

Prior to their Appointments, all the Appointees held various roles in EGL. Their appointment is a demonstration of management's confidence in them to take the Group in the right strategic direction.

The appointment took effect on the 1st Of May 2020.

In the addition to the above changes, another Key Member earlier in the year joined the EGL management team in the person of Eva Richter Addo as the Group Head, Human Resources.

Mrs. Eva Richter-Addo is an experienced HR Practitioner with over twenty-four (24) years work experience spanning areas such as Resourcing, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and Organisational Culture. In addition, she has expertise in Corporate Communications, Service Delivery and E-Business garnered from her career in the banking sector and management consultancy.

Eva holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Hons) from University of Ghana and an Executive MBA (Human Resource option) from the Business School in the same institution.

She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP- Ghana) and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD-UK).

Her appointment took effect on the 16th of March 2020.
