Enterprise Group Unveils The Advantage App
The enterprise Group Limited has launched their Advantage App in order to bring their services closer to their clients and prospective clients. The App was unveiled at an event held on the 28th Of August 2019 in their plush Ridge Head Quarters - Advantage Place.
In revealing the functionalities of the App, Mrs Phyllis Woode-Nartey, Head of Group Communications and Synergies indicated that the App presents a One Enterprise feel to their clients who may have various businesses with various subsidiaries within the Enterprise Group. From indications, the App has been designed to be the online version of their Flagship - The Enterprise Market.
Within the App, it was revealed, that once a client downloads and sets it up, they are able to see all their transactions within the various subsidiaries in the Enterprise Group at a go. This is intended to give their customers a macro-view of all their policies.
As a new tool, the app does not have all the policies of their subsidiaries in. It has selected policies for General Insurance, Life, Pensions, Properties and Funeral. The Advantage App also has other non-insurance resources integrated into it to give their clients an added advantage. These Resources include Live Traffic Feed, Health Tips, DYI etc. The App Also comes embedded with a How-To Video tutorials to give the most novice of users ease of usage.
A section of stakeholders having a feel of the app
Our Testing Team tested the App to have feel of its interface and we can say by far it one of its kind in the the financial services sector whether in the insurance or banking industries. The Graphics are sharp, the fonts are good on the eye, and, there are no lags.
According to the Chief Information officer, of Enterprise Group, Rev. Seyram Akotey, this App is a revolutionary tool, intended to change how insurance businesses are conducted in Ghana.
The Event was attended by a cross section of their stakeholders including, Direct clients, Brokers, Agents, Executive Managements and Board members. Also Present were the representatives of the various Regulatory bodies that regulates the activities of the various subsidiaries within the group.
It is believed this is just the Version 1.0.
