Retaining deceased’s face
The General Manager of Transitions, Mrs Jodene Smith, said the partnership with FAFA to enhance the capacities of the staff was in line with the Enterprise Group’s mission of providing a desired advantage for all who come into contact with any of its subsidiaries.
Mrs Smith explained that the special session on the facial reconstruction was to ensure that staff were well equipped to retain the beauty of the deceased.
According to her, Transitions was sensitive to the fact that one of the greatest priorities of the bereaved was to see their loved ones looking beautiful during the final farewell.
With the recent training session, the general manager said the morticians team of Transitions now had the skills required to complete facial reconstruction.
This makes Transitions the only funeral services company in Ghana with the ability to reconstruct to international standards, according to Mrs Smith.
